Bay View is a wonderful, semi-detached cottage in a residential area on the outskirts of Paignton. The cottage is set mostly over the ground floor with one king-size double bedroom upstairs. This bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom, a TV, and views down to the sea. There is also a second double room, a twin room, and a shower room on the ground floor. The cottage offers a kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooking the veranda with sea views, and a sitting room, with a dining area, boasting a warming woodburning stove and views down to the coast. Bay View is a wonderful base for friends and families exploring Devon and the English Riviera, all year round.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars (one behind the other). Private, front veranda with furniture. Rear terrace garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: The cottage is reached by 10-15 steep steps. Veranda is accessed via 2 steps and rear decking via 6 steps. |
